The story of two women who set out to make climbing history in Yosemite National Park. Kate Kelleghan, an American speed climber, dreams of completing Yosemite’s legendary Triple Crown: El Capitan, Half Dome, and Mount Watkins — 72 pitches and over 2,200 metres of climbing — a challenge previously completed only by men in under 24 hours.
Determined to share this ambition with another woman, she teams up with Laura Pineau, a French big-wall climber known for her strong free-climbing skills, stepping into the world of speed climbing with total commitment and determination. Through building trust, friendship and relentless training, the film follows their journey towards achieving the first all-female ascent of the Triple Crown — a historic milestone that will echo through Yosemite’s walls and inspire generations to come.
